We are ready to get started, so let's make sure your team knows who to call and where to find us in case they need to!
Below you will find various documents* and / or images that can be used to increase internal visibility of your external confidential counselors. We've provided our logo and pictures for website or newsletter use, but also created an introduction A4 which is 'ready to use'. In order for your team to feel safe to approach us, it's important to make sure that we are more than a phone number or e-mail address.
You may use our content below as building blocks for your own communication. We are happy to review any changes prior to publication if you want us to.
Logos
We offer standard square and rectangular transparent blue logos. If your preferred format is not available, please let us know.
Profile pictures
Included are profile pictures of Manon & Meike. These photos are exclusively for internal communication.
Internal communication
We have prepared an introduction document to inform employees about who, when, how and where to find us if they need us.

We have created a portrait and landscape format, so it will match any lay-out of your internal communication.
The document is easy to print or share digitally and is available with either a white or colored background.
Toilet sticker
Where do all employees and external staff go? Exactly—the restroom. The toilet sticker is simple, accessible, and complements online communication effectively. Let's make sure nobody cannot find us! You can print it yourself or order stickers from us.
Keywords
If you are using an internal search engine (e.g. within intranet), we recommend adding the attached keywords with a link to our contact information, so employees can easily find procedures and information about us.
